The room we booked was brand-new and spotless with general decor and shared bathroom. The hotel's position was good and magnificent walk from cafés and bars.

I recently stayed at Hotel Demetra in Rome for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the metro and close to Termini train station. The staff was super polite and allowed us to check in early. The bathroom, which was supposed to be shared, ended up being only for us. The beds were comfy and the room wasn't noisy. it was a great stay at a really good price.

I had a fine trip and would return anytime. That was little and cheerful hotel set in very nice area, very close to attractions for tourists, and Rome's city centre. Indian cuisine was served in the outdoor restaurant...

The rooms are decent size and budget on level 1, and the location is magnificent very close to everything. There is an outdoor restaurant on site. We would love to come back for a trip...

The location was magnificent in the very very nice area. Had brunch in the Imperium Pub, located nearby. The room I had was good little with shared bathroom and shower, as for instance.

Pity, but the beds were not very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, being very close to the train station termini. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice building and a clean room that was cleaned daily. The breakfast provided was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Good location and clean rooms

Every time we wanted to access the front door of the hotel or the door of the floor, we had to ring through intercom to the reception. Thats unsussual.

The location near Quirinale was amazing, and the clean and comfortable room on the first floor was fantastic.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport and other cities. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel may have an old feel, but it is clean and well-maintained. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the small single room I stayed in was comfortable during my June visit. The staff were polite and the hotel felt secure.

The noise from the street is unbearable, even with the windows closed.
